高压恒流充电电源监控系统设计

摘    要:介绍了基于单片机的10kv恒流充电电源监控系统设计。系统采用STC12C5410AD单片机作为控制的核心,利用AT89C2051单片机采集按键信息,通过采样电路获取充电过程中的电压、电流信息,然后在STC12C5410AD单片机的控制下,利用JHD12864F液晶显示器对充电参数及可能出现的故障进行显示,实现了对充电过程的数字化控制。鉴于系统工作在高压环境下,为提高系统可靠性、抗干扰能力以及充电的精度,在硬件设计和软件设计方面对系统进行了优化。经试验测试,该系统具有可靠性好,抗干扰能力强,精度高的优点。
