| 摘 要： | 为了解决现有复杂装备自动测试系统结构复杂、灵活性差的问题,将柔性测试技术引入自动测试系统中,构建复杂装备的柔性测试系统。首先介绍柔性测试技术的基本概念及特点,对其发展现状进行跟踪;然后依据复杂电子装备测试的特点,为提高其通用性和灵活性,构建复杂装备柔性测试系统;最后对复杂电子装备柔性测试系统的关键技术进行了分析研究。
