摘    要:为了实现对温度检测的高精度要求,利用12位分辨率的微功耗A/D转换芯片ADS1286,配合AT89C2051单片机,对温度检测系统中的温度采集部分进行了硬件和软件设计。将该温度采集电路应用在气流式液相微萃取仪微型加热器的设计中,检测温度范围在0-350℃之间,温度检测精度达到±0.1℃。实践证明,该温度采集电路测量精度高,工作可靠稳定,适用于工业测控领域及智能化仪器仪表中对温度检测提出高精度要求的应用场合。

Abstract:To achieve high-accuracy temperature detection,the micro power consumption analog-to-digital converter ADS1286 with 12-bit resolution and microcontroller AT89C2051 were employed for the design of the hardware and software in temperature collection secton of temperature detecting system.The temperature acquisition circuit was applied to the design of microheater in GP-LPME apparatus,whose temperature detection range is 0~350 ℃ and temperature detection accuracy is up to ±0.1 ℃.It is proved that the temperature acquisition circuit has high detecting accuracy,and works reliably and smoothly.It can be applied to the area of industry control and the intelligent instruments which have a demand of high-accuracy temperature detection.
