锗—二氧化硅复合薄膜的光电特性

摘    要:采用射频共溅射技术在石英玻璃和硅片衬底上制备出Ge-SiO2复合薄膜,然后在真空气氛中进行热处理。利拉曼散射、X射线衍射、UV/VIS/NIR透射和反射谱、变温电导测试等手段对薄膜的光、电特性进行了研究。实验结果表明,用热处理的方法可以在薄膜中形成Ge纳米颗粒,Ge纳米颗粒的平均尺度约5.0nm时,薄膜的光学带宽约1.42ev,电导激活能的最小值约为0.43ev。

Abstract:Confronting with the challenge of the age of knowledge economy, it is quite important to study the financial management in high tech companies. Some basic research work is made in this field. At first the general characteristics of high tech companies is described, i.e. high tech products with high attached value make the companies develop faster than usual ones; innovation has become the key to their existence and development; immaterial assets have become the most important assets to the companies; and management of knowledge has become the essential point in high tech companies. Then on the basis of the analysis of those characteristics the features of financial management in high tech companies is analyzed,especially the distinctive characteristics of high tech companies in management of raising money and investment. Moreover, the high tech companies should know that financial management is to serve management of knowledge and high income is always accompanied with high venture and the owners of human resource should also join the dispensation of surplus value of the company.
