V—EPC铸渗工艺的试验研究

摘    要:通过对V-EPC铸渗工艺的试验研究,得出了影响尖层品质的主要工艺参数,并对其进行优化;根据优化方案进行了实验。研究结果表明,在1420℃、粒径0.400mmSiC和0.04MPa真空度的情况下能得到4m厚的良好铸渗层。

Abstract:In this paper the casting in place surface hardening process by V-EPC was studied on the base of experiments, the main influential process factors of compositing layers were found out, and the optimised process parameters had been proposed, then some other experiments were carried out on the base of initial experiments. The results show that, at the 1420 ℃ pouring temperature, the reinforced particles of SiC is in 0.4 mm grade and under the vacuum degree of 0.04 MPa, the thickness of compositing layers can reach up to 4 mm.
