| 摘 要： | 通过对刀具使用寿命特性的分析,在实验研究的基础上,推导了基于最佳切削温度守恒定律的刀具最大尺寸使用寿命方程.并设计出鲁棒性方法,对方程的可靠性进行了验证,为全面衡量刀具使用寿命的特性提供了可信的保障.

| Abstract: | On the basis of experiments, the characteristics of tool durability are analyzed, and based on conversation law of optimal cutting temperature, the equation of tools' maxim dimension durability and prediction are derived. The equations reliability are tested by robust method, and it will provide a believable safeguard for the full measuring of tool durability. |
