摘    要:用CAD/CAE方法研究分析了威尔泵铸钢件的缩孔、缩松质量问题,并提出了优化工艺.用三维造型软件辅助划分铸件各分体结构并计算铸件各分体的模数,划分补缩区域;为了提高工艺出品率,用周界商法计算冒口尺寸.铸造模拟软件Ft-star对新优化工艺的校核计算结果表明,优化工艺是合理的,基本上消除了集中缩孔和关键部位的局部缩松.

Abstract:In the paper,the shrinkage and porosity of the WEIR Pump steel casting was studied by CAD/CAE,then a optimizing foundry technology was proposed.By 3D modeling software,the body of the casting was divided into some parts,and each modulus of the parts was calculated by the 3D software.Then according to the modulus distribution in the casting,the compensation regions were divided and every riser's size was calculated by perimeter quotient in order to increase their yield.The new technology was verified by the simulation software FT-STAR.The computed result shows that the improving technology which removes a large parts of shrinkage and the porosity in key location of the casting is reasonable.
