摘    要:介绍了一种基于霍尔元件的非接触式电梯轿厢载荷测量装置,详细介绍了其软硬件系统的组成,重点分析了传感器特性曲线的分段多项式拟和方法、现场自学习功能的实现过程以及整套装置的程序流程。该装置可以实时检测电梯轿厢的载荷情况,并向电梯变频器提供相应的启动补偿信号,改善电梯的乘坐舒适度。

Abstract:In this paper, a novel elevator-car load measurement device based on Hall-effect sensor is presented. The composition of the device and the method of segmenting multinomial fitting of sensor characteristic curve and the implement of self-learning function are also described clearly in the paper, This device can measure the load of elevator car in real-time, and output the corresponding compensation signal to the elevator inverter when the electromotor starts and stops, to make passengers feel convenient in elevators.
