唐钢H08MnA焊接用盘条的开发与生产工艺

摘    要:H08MnA焊接用盘条系采用顶底复吹转炉冶炼、钢包底吹氩、LF炉精炼、小方坯连铸机和高速线材轧机工艺生产。通过控制化学成分、全程保护浇铸和控制开轧温度等工艺措施,使得盘条的化学成分均匀、含碳低、塑性好、质量稳定可靠、可满足用户对钢丝拉拔性能和焊接性能的要求。

Abstract:The H08MnA wire bar for welding is produced with process: smelting by top and bottom combined blown converter,ladle argon bottom-blown,refining with LF oven,casting with billet caster,rolling with high-speed wire rolling mill.With measures: controlling chemical composition,throughout-course protected casting,controlling beginning rolling temperature,the wire bar has homogeneous chemical composition,low carbon content,good plasticity,steady and reliable quality.
