现场混装炸药做功能力试验方法研究

摘    要:做功能力是衡量炸药性能的一个重要指标,现场混装炸药的爆轰感度相对较低,其爆炸性能测试需要大药量的试验方法,故现场混装炸药的做功能力目前还没有较好的测试方法。为了研究现场混装炸药的做功能力,利用弹道抛掷试验测试了现场混装乳化炸药、现场混装铵油炸药和现场混装重铵油炸药分别在不同类型起爆药起爆下的做功能力。结果表明:弹道抛掷法试验药量较大,可以满足用起爆药起爆现场混装工业炸药的条件;通过多次测试对比,发现测试结果几乎不受起爆药做功的影响,测试数据精度高,结果可靠,能够满足测试现场混装工业炸药做功能力的技术条件。

Abstract:The power of explosive was an important index for evaluating industrial explosives performance,while no effective method of power evaluation of site mixed explosives was put forward due to the large dosage in the test and the low detonation sensitivity. To study the power of site mixed explosives,The power of site mixed emulsion,site mixed ANFO and site mixed heavy ANFO were tested respectively by ballistic projectile test with different kinds of initiating explosives. Results showed that large dosage met detonate site mixed explosives with initiating explosive. The test results were affected little by the power of initiating explosive compared to many other tests. This method maybe an alternate for testing the power of site mixed explosives.
