磁流变抛光与磁流变液:原理与研究现状

摘    要:磁流变抛光液是磁流变抛光的"刀具",是磁流变抛光技术的核心之一。简要介绍了磁流变抛光技术的原理与特点,重点对磁流变抛光液的本征研究工作进行梳理和总结。分别对磁流变抛光液中双相颗粒的分散及表征,零磁场及磁场作用下流变行为与模型,颗粒受力以及磁流变抛光液与工件表面的作用机理等方面进行了分析和总结;重点分析了磁流变抛光液在磁场作用下颗粒的受力情况以及与工件表面物理作用和化学作用的耦合机制。提出了研究磁流变抛光液的三个基础性问题,展望了磁流变抛光液的研究趋势并在此基础上提出了研究路线图,为磁流变抛光液的进一步设计、制备及应用提供参考。

Abstract:As a magnetorheological finishing (MRF) tool, magnetorheological finishing fluid(MRF fluid)is one of its core technologies. The paper elaborated advantages and working mechanism of MRF, and then the present situation and research fields were analyzed. Two-phase particles dispersions and characterization, rheological properties of suspensions with and without magnetic field, analysis of forces on particles were reviewed and summarized. Physical and chemical interactions between MRF fluid and workpiece surface during finishing process and their coupling mechanism were analyzed particularly. Three basic problems of researching MRF fluid as a kind of smart material and developing tendency were proposed and then the research technical road map was established, which provides technical foundations for preparation and applications of MRF fluid.
