| 摘 要： | 介绍了6DK28e发电机组国产化设计过程,重点介绍了柴油发电机组滑油系统、燃油系统、冷却水系统、起动空气系统、进排气系统的设计。台架试验和实船试验表明:各项技术指标达到了专利方和技术规格书的要求,满足船舶辅机使用条件;目前该船用柴油发电机组已经出产了32台套,并进入实船应用。

| Abstract: | The design process of domestically manufacturing of 6DK28e gensets is introduced, with the focus on the diesel gensets’ lubrication system, fuel system, cooling water system, air starting system, and inlet and outlet system. Bench test and on board test showed that all the technical parameters met the requirements of licensor and technical specifications, and were applicable for marine auxiliary engines. Up to now, 32 sets of this type of diesel gensets have been manufactured and installed on board. |
