高分辨率成像二元光学系统的研制与实验结果

摘    要:已研制成功一个折衍射混合式成像二元光学系统,焦距800mm,有效通光口径76mm,成像光谱范围从435.8nm到656.3nm.成像质量实测结果为20lp/mm时MTF值达到0.75,比同样条件下一个传统的折射式系统MTF所能达到的设计值高百分之三十以上。

Abstract:A hybrid diffractive refractive binary optical system has been successfully designed and fabricated in Changchun Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics,Academia Sinica by the authors of this paper.The focal length of the system is 800 mm,the effective aperture 76 mm and the imaging spectrum range from 435.8 nm to 656.3 nm.The measured axial MTF value of the system is 0.75 at the frequency 20 lp/mm,which offers significant improvement over that of a conventional system finely designed at the comparable conditions.
