筒式搅拌器性能试验研究

摘    要:介绍了获得实用新型专利的筒式搅拌器的结构和工作原理,对筒式搅拌器的搅拌性能进行了试验研究和分析,并与推进式搅拌器和涡轮式搅拌器进行了比较。试验结果表明,3种搅拌器在同等条件下,筒式搅拌器的能耗最小,且其排液量和循环流量最大。

Abstract:The structure and working principles of the cylinder agitators with new practical patents were presented,their agitating performance was studied and analyzed,and they were compared with propeller agitators and turbine agitators.The result shows that the energy consumption of the cylinder agitators was least,and their output and recycled flux were most among the three agitators under the same conditions.
