摘    要:为了适应我国经济的迅速发展、适应电力市场建设、满足电网发展的需要,我国进行了城乡电网建设与改造工程,随着电网的日益复杂化,如何提高电力生产调度的整体素质,保证电网安全生产,提高生产调度对电网监测的实时性、现场性,已成为当前电网管理的重要问题。地理信息系统(GIS)由于具有空间性、时时性、直观性等特点,能够正确、全面、及时地获取电网的各种资源信息,并加以提炼、分析为输电管理者提供辅助决策的依据。

Abstract:In order to keep the tune of our China rapid economy development, to meet the need of Power market construction and development, we engaged in the project of construction and reconstucion of electric network in both urban and county. As the electric network become more and more complexity, how to enhance the efficiency of electric production dispatching, to ensure it run safely, to improve its real-time and spotness, which all became very important in the management of network. Having the characters of extensity, real-time and directness, GIS can get all kinds of information of electric network accurately, fully, in timely. Then, after selecting and analyzing, GIS provide some clues that can help supervisor make decisions.
