| 摘 要： | 介绍了费用效益分析方法．并就效益评价方法的影响因素进行了分析，针对噪音降低措施评价方面得出了2点结论。一是通过对介绍的2种方法同时使用后进行加权处理；二是可以选择效益评价值偏低的参数进行使用。

| Abstract: | This article introduced the application of expense analysis method on noise reduction measurement, analysis influence factor of this method and also drew two conclusions of noise reduction measurement. One conclusion is to calculate these two methods at the same time while the other conclusion is the use of a lower parameter. |
