摘    要:研究了40CrNiMoA钢激光淬火工艺参数与硬化层深度及硬度之间的相互关系,以及淬硬层微观结构特征。结果表明,随着光斑扫描速度的提高,硬化层深度降低,表面硬度存在一个极大值;随着激光功率的升高,硬化层深度增加,表面硬度也存在一个极大值,激光淬火硬化层依其组织特征,分为完全淬硬区,过渡区及高温回火区。

Abstract:Effects of the laser hardening process parameters on the hardening depth,the hardness and the microstructure of the hardened layer of steel 40CrNiMoA were studied in this paper.The results show that with the increase of the scanning speed of the laser beam,the depth of the hardened case decrease and the surface hardness has a maximum value,with the increase of laser power,the depth of the hardened case increase and the surface hardness has a maximum value,according to the microstructure characteristic,the laser hardened layer can been divided into three zones:completely hardened zone,transition zone and tempered zone.
