大型螺旋桨静压支承静平衡仪设计研究

摘    要:介绍了一种采用球面静压支承的船用螺旋桨静平衡仪,分析了平衡仪的工作原理及静压支承压力分布、承载能力和油膜刚度等性能特点,给出了采用电子称重和角位移确定螺旋桨不平衡质量及方位的检测方法,提高了检测精度。

Abstract:In this paper, a static balance machine for large-scale marine propeller is introduced, which includes hydrostatic bearing. After analyzing the working principle of the machine, this paper researches its some characteristics, such as oil pressure distribution of the hydrostatic bearing, load capacity and oil film stiffness. Finally, a method to measure the unbalancing mass and its position is discussed, in which electronic weigher and angular displacement sensor are used.
