汽车防盗装置试验设计

摘    要:为保障车辆防盗系统的安全性及实用性,对带有防盗装置的转向机构进行循环磨损和强度试验.通过模拟实际使用中可能遇到的使用环境,考核其设计制造质量,达到减少汽车被非法正常起动的可能性及事故中由于防盗装置误操作而造成的人员伤亡和车辆损坏程度的目的.依据GB15740-2006《汽车防盗装置》国家强制标准,对汽车防盗装置试验系统进行了试验设计,可完成公告和商检必检项目的台架试验.

Abstract:The circulated wear and strength tests for the steering system(mechanical and electronic) with car alarm are carried out to test the security and practicability of the car alarm.By simulating the real time working condition,the design and the process on the basis of reducing the failure of the car alarm are evaluated.This test design complies with the GB15740-2006 Car Alarm System National Standard.The circulated wear and strength tests are required items for announcement and commodity inspection.
