新型钛系催化剂在直接酯化工艺路线中应用探讨

摘    要:选用特定的含钛化合物作为缩聚催化剂,以PTA路线,在2L釜上进行PET的合成研究,并利用DSC、TGA、GPC等手段对合成的PET进行性能研究.得到催化剂的用量为0.5~0.7/万,酯化时间为50~55min、聚合时间为70~80min.聚酯各项指标均在合格范围之内,与SbAc3催化体系比较.其用量为锑系的1/3,酯化时间缩短20~30min,聚合时间缩短25min。

Abstract:Synthesis of PETin PTA process was studied on 2L reactor,using special titanium compound as the polycondensation catalyst.The properties of PET were also studied by meansof DSC.TGA and GPC. The results showed that the catalyst amount is between 50 ~70ppm,esterification time 50~55min,polycondensation time 70~80min.Compared withSbAc3,Ticatalyst amount is one third of SbAc3,its esterification and polycondensation timereduced respeCtively 20~30 and 25min.The properties of PET are excellent.
