摘    要:采用半固态挤压方法生产零部件,可以消除铸造方法产生的气孔或疏松。通过线性回归的方法建立半固态A356铝合金在570~580℃高固相率温度范围内,不同应变和应变速率下的刚粘塑性本构关系。采用商业有限元模拟软件Deform-3D对A356铝合金材料半固态挤压成形齿轮泵泵体的成形过程进行数值模拟,得到成形过程的流动速度场、有效应力应变场、压力-行程曲线等,并对其进行简要的分析,得出成形过程中的金属流动情况。

Abstract:It is desirable to use semi-solid extrusion technology to produce components free of gas hole and porosity which are usually found in those spare parts produced by the method of casting.In order to study the deformation behavior of A356 alloy in high solid fraction state at temperatures range of 570-580 ℃,the constitutive equation of semi-solid A356 aluminum alloy was established by regression linear method which is based on the theory of rigid-viscoplastic finite element and experiment data.The commercial finite element simulation software Deform-3D was employed to simulate the extrusion forming process of gear pump body for A356 semi-solid aluminum alloy.Through the simulation of the forming process,the flow velocity field,effective stress field,effective strain field,pressure-stroke curve etc were obtained.Then the flow situation of the billet during the forming process was gotten through a brief analysis of the simulation results.
