摘    要:以湿化学合成方法制备了BaTi1-xCoxO3(x为Co的摩尔分数,x=0.01、0.03、0.05、0.1、0.2、0.3和0.4)陶瓷粉体,研究了Co含量对其晶体结构和电性能的影响.结果表明:随着Co含量的增加,材料在室温的晶相组成由四方相逐渐转变为四方与六方复合相.x=0.2时,晶相组成为纯六方相;x>0.2时,晶相转变为六方和立方混合相.材料的室温电阻相应逐渐减小,电阻温度关系从正温度系数(positive temperature coefficient,PTC)特征转变为负温度系数(ncgalive temperature coefficient,NTC)特性.x=0.2、0.3和0.4时,材料的B常数分别为3 270、3 234 K和3 037 K.用极化子跳跃模型解释了材料的NTC现象.
