摘    要:通过共混与交联的方法制备高密度聚乙烯(PEHD)/橡胶改性材料,研究了其形变回复性能。结果表明:橡胶含量为15%时的PEHD/橡胶改性材料24h的形变回复能力均有提高,PEHD/NR从纯PEHD的81.33%提高到89.33%;硫化PEHD/NR体系比硫化前提高了1.6%;PEHD/天然橡胶(NR)、PEHD/丁腈橡胶(NBR)和PEHD/三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)三种共混体系的24h形变回复率分别为:89.33%、87.73%和86.67%;在PEHD的熔点附近,交联聚乙烯(PEXL)和PEHD/硫化橡胶共混体系是典型的形状记忆材料,易发生300%以上的形变,形变的长时间保持率大于99%,并可以在10min内,发生95%以上形变回复。

Abstract:The deformation recovery of rubber modified PE-HD prepared via blending and crosslinking was studied. It showed that 15wt % of rubber may effectively increase the 24 h deformation recovery. The blends of PE-HD with NR, NBR, and EPDM achieved a deformation recovery of 89.33 %,87.73 %, and 86.67 %, respectively, which in contrast with 81.33 % for neat PE-HD. Crosslinking may increase the value of PE-HD/NR system by 1.6 %. Crosslinked PE-HD/NR showed also shape memory behaviors. It was easy to be elongated to 300 % and kept there for a long time with size change lower than 1 %. The original dimension could be recovered in 10 min at higher temperatures near melting point of PE-HD.
