Full HDTV Power Solutions from ON Semiconductor
Abstract:Taking large-sized LCD TV that supports full HD as an example, this article m developing trends of full HDTV power, as well as discussing new architectures and innovative ainly analyses the topologies that can help reduce power consumption and size. For example, using LIPS to replace classical 24 V inverter power supply and adopting novel interleaved PFC architecture to reduce the input current ripple to support ultra-slim full HDTV designs.
