塑壳式断路器中电磁脱扣器的分析与优化

摘    要:介绍了目前低压断路器研究方法。运用三坐标测量机和建模软件对脱扣器的各个部件进行测量、建模,并对建模过程的关键问题进行描述。重点对塑壳断路器电磁脱扣器进行了电磁分析和动力学分析,通过采用不同的仿真软件进行对比来验证分析结果。运用仿真数据对电磁线圈进行了优化。

Abstract:The research methods of low voltage circuit breaker were described.The various component of release were measured and modeled by coordinate measuring machine and modeling software,and the key issues of the modeling process were described.The electromagnetic and dynamics analysis of electromagnetic release in moulded case circuit breaker were selectively made.The analysis results were verified by comparing different simulation softwares.Using simulation datas,the electromagnetic coil was optimized.
