SV型静态混合器传热性能研究

摘    要:根据SV型静态混合器内流体流动特点,将能量方程应用于波纹通道在混合管壁上形成的各未充分发展的传热边界层,求得无量纲温度解析式,再由该式推出传热准数的无穷级数表达式。最后将这个无穷级数用图表的形式绘出并用曲线拟合的方法得到实用的传热准数计算式。

Abstract:Based on the fluid flowing character in SV static mixer, energy equation can be applied on the developing boundary layers formed on the mixer shell with the fluid flowing in the passages of the corrugated sheets. Subsequently zero dimensional temperature formula can be worked out, from which heat transfer coefficient formula also can be obtained. Finally this infinite progression series is expressed in the way of diagram and the practical heat transfer coefficient formula is given.
