丙烯酸系反相乳液聚合及增稠性能的研究

摘    要:研究了以Span-GFZ为乳化剂,脂肪烃为油相介质,在氧化还原引发剂存在下的丙烯酸系反相乳液聚合。考察了水相pH值、GFZ和交联剂用量、丙烯酰胺单体及疏水型长链单体用量对聚合反应及产物性能的影响。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对聚合胶乳粒子在不同pH值条件下的形态进行了表征。

Abstract:The inverse emulsion polymerization of acrylic acid series was studied using Span - GFZ mixture as emulsifier and fatty hydrocarbon as oil medium in the present of redox initiator. The influences of various factors, such as pH value of water phase, amounts of AM monomer, cross - linking agent, GFZ, and hydrophobic monomer, on the inverse emulsion polymerization and the properties of products were investigated. The morphology of latex particles under different pH value was observed by scanning electron microscopy.
