摘    要:对制动液压系统的改进原因和改进方案进行分析说明,并对改进结果进行系统发热计算,最后跟踪车辆的实际运行情况,证明制动掖压系统的改进是合理可行的,彻底解决了制动液压系统的发热问题,从而保证车辆安全高效地运行。

Abstract:The paper makes analytic explanation to improvement cause and scheme of braking hydraulic system of JCCY6 diesel excavator, calculates system heating for improvement result, finally tracks actual operation situation of excavator. Improvement proved reasonable and feasible, and completely resolves heating that occur in braking hydraulic system so as to guarantee excavator to run safely with high efficiency.
