三峡永久船闸人字闸门分析与设计

摘    要:讨论了人字闸门的工作特点,研究和建立了人字门的精细组合有限元模型,针对三峡模型人字闸门,研究了模型闸门的抗扭能力,分析了背拉杆对闸门抗扭刚度的影响,提出了背拉杆预应力的施加方案,详细计算了模型闸门关门挡水时和启闭时的应力、变形规律,研究成果已在三峡人字门设计和施工中应用,研究方法和结论对同类闸门的设计计算都具有较大参考价值。

Abstract:Working characteristics of miter gate is discussed and a refined assembled FEM model of miter gate is established to study its twist resistance. The effect of back tie rods on the twist resistance of the gate is analyzed on which the process of prestressing the back tie rods is put forward. Stress and strain condition of the gate is calculated in detail when it is working as well as being hoisted. The study results have been applied to the design and construction of miter gate in Three Gorges project, and the study method and its conclusion has valuable reference meaning for the design and calculation of the same kind.
