颜料体积浓度对水性环氧防腐涂料性能的影响

摘    要:考察了颜料体积浓度对水性环氧防腐涂料性能的影响,通过电极电位监测、盐雾实验和交流阻抗谱等测试技术对不同颜料体积浓度的试样进行了性能检测,根据不同涂层的阻抗谱特征以及涂层的结构特点,提出了浸泡45d后涂层阻抗谱的等效电路模型,确定了该水性环氧防腐涂料的最佳颜料体积浓度。

Abstract:The influence of pigment volume concentration on properties of waterborne epoxy corrosion protective coatings is discussed. The specimens coated with the new coatings were examined by potential monitoring, salt spray test and AC impedance test, According to the impedence spectrum and coatings structures of different coatings, an equivalent circuit model of coating impedence spectrum after 45 days immersion was proposed. The optimal pigment volume concentration is finalized.
