板栅合金对密封铅酸蓄电池自放电的影响

摘    要:介绍了四种板栅合金配方组装的1.2Ah密封电池,研究了放置42天过程中有关容量及电压的一些数据。结果表明,在混合式板栅合金中,正板栅采用低锑合金,负板栅采用铅钙合金,密封铅酸蓄电池的自放电比较小。

Abstract:The data of changes in the capacity and voltage during a 42 days'storage of 1.2Ah sealed lead-acid batteries with grids of four different compositions of alloys were collected and examined. The results show that the Self discharge rate of the batteries with mixed grid alloys,i.e.the positiVe grid is made of low-antimonial had and the negative grid of lead-calcium alloy,is comparatively slow.
