稀土在橡胶生产中的应用

综述了稀土在橡胶中的应用研究进展。由于稀土的独特性质,填充到橡胶后,无论在工艺还是性能方面,稀土都起到了一定作用。它能作为硫化促进剂、交联剂;它具有抗热氧化、提高热稳定性、抗疲劳等作用。它可用作橡胶的功能性填充剂,使橡胶具有射线屏蔽性能、磁性能、阻燃性能。因此,稀土在橡胶中的应用前景十分广阔。

Advance in Research and Application of Rare Earth in Rubber

Application of the rare earth in rubber is reviewed,and its research progress is described.Bacause of the special properties of the rare earth,it has a lot of function both in processing and in property when filled in rubber.It can be vulcanization accelerant and cross linker.It has thermal oxidation resistance,thermal stability,fatigue resistance,radiation shielding and so on.Moreover,as the functional filler of the rubber,we can produce the rubber with special performance such as radiation shieding,magnetic properties,fire retardant.So the prospect of the rare earth application in rubber is very extensive.
