| 摘 要： | 高等职业技术学院的“立身之本”在于自身的教育质量和办学特色。为了使学院的管理更加规范化、科学化、标准化，可以引入ISO9000管理模式，确立教育是服务的思想，坚持质量管理的全员性和全程性，坚持质量的持续改进与提高，可以凸现其优势，使其更具生命力。

| Abstract: | The fundamental functions of higher vocational institutes are closely connected with their teaching-quality and featured management. To realize a more normalized,scientific and standardized management system,we may introduce the ISO9000 managerial mode. By forming the concept of semite-oriented education,stickling to the quality-control system featuring all-staff and whole-process,and adhering to the sustained improvement and upgrading of quality,the advantages of this system will be noticeable,and its vitality will be more tremendous. |
