摘    要:以互相耦合的炉膛辐射换热和铜液内部导热两部分能量平衡式建立了铜精炼阳极炉还原过程燃烧用液化气消耗最小的真实目标泛函 ,采用变分法对真实目标泛函极值进行了求解 ,得出了铜精炼阳极炉还原过程中粗铜熔液最优升温曲线、最优升温速度曲线以及液化气消耗最优曲线。此最优控制模型为铜精炼阳极炉还原过程在线优化控制以及节能降耗提供了理论基础。

Optimal control of LPG consuming in the reduction phase in the copper refining rotary anode furnace based on functional theory

Abstract:A true objective functional about the least LPG consuming in the reduction phase in the copper refining rotary anode furnace based on functional theory was established based on two coupling energy equations about radiation heat exchange between high temperature fume and the surface of crude copper liquid and heat conduction from the crude copper liquid. The minimum of true objective functional was derived by variational method, and some curve such as optimal LPG consuming, optimal rising temperature and optimal rising temperature velocity about crude copper liquid. The model is more beneficial to on-line optimal control and energy saving in the reduction phase in the copper refining rotary anode furnace based on functional theory.
