塑钢窗密封胶条配方的研究

摘    要:以再生丁基橡胶为主体材料研制密封胶条,通过正交试验方法安排实验,考察产品的流变性能和脆化断裂温度,讨论不同原料对产品性能影响的主次关系,选定最优配方.实验结果表明:再生丁基胶和丁基橡胶分别对内胶的流变性能和脆化断裂温度影响最大;低分子聚异丁烯和酚醛树脂分别对外胶的流变性能和脆化断裂温度影响最大.

Abstract:In this paper,the research of joint strip whose main material was butyl regenerated rubber was introduced.Orthogonal design was used in the experiment.The rheology property and embrittlement rupture temperature of the production were studied.The relationships of primary and secondary raw materials were discussed by the performance of the product.The best composition can be obtained.According to the results,the rheology property and embrittlement rupture temperature of the hose lining were respectively influenced by butyl regenerated rubber and butyl rubber. And the rheology property and embrittlement rupture temperature besides glue were influenced by low molecular polyisobutylene and phenolic resin, respectively.
