摘    要:采用光学显微镜和电子透射显微镜观察等方法,研究了时效处理对Nb微合金化钢筋组织与性能的影响,并着重分析了Nb微合金化钢筋屈服点不明显的原因。研究表明,在200℃下进行45 h以上时效处理后的试样,由于时效促进了固溶碳原子的扩散,使相当数量的碳原子偏聚到刃型位错下方形成柯氏气团,使钢筋的屈服点得到恢复。

Abstract:The effects of aging treatment on structures and properties of Nb microalloyed reinforced bar were studied by optical microscope and TEM, and the cause of no-yield point was analyzed primarily. It showed that the no-yield points of the samples were recovered with aging at 200 13 apove 45 hours. Because aging treatment promoted the diffusion of carbon atoms in solid-solution, which resulted in many of the carbon atoms gathered to the edge dislocations and generated Cottrell clouds, the yield points of the reinforced bar were recovered.
