| 摘 要： | 指出了ＴＣＰ／ＩＰ在ＡＴＭ网络中运用遇到的困难，综述了ＴＣＰ拥塞控制方案与ＡＴＭ层拥塞控制策略的进展，概述了ＴＣＰｏｖｅｒＡＴＭ研究的现状，指出了为的工作方向。
