带式输送机的能源效率是煤矿机械节能中应该重点关注的1个重要技术指标。本文重点讨论了机械效率和能源效率的差别,特别指出了带式输送机的能源效率是不能用经典意义的机械效率来衡量的。提出了带式输送机能源效率的概念和计算方法,并根据部分已有资料初步分析了我国带式输送机的能源效率水平及其与国外的差距。

Studies on the energy efficiency of belt conveyer

The energy efficiency of the belt conveyer is a crucial technical index which shall be emphasized in the energy saving of the coal mine equipment. This paper mainly discusses the difference between the mechanical efficiency and the energy efficiency,wherein,it is especially pointed out that the energy efficiency of the belt conveyer shall not be measured by using the mechanical efficiency of classical sense. The paper also puts forward the concept and calculating method of the energy efficiency of the belt conveyer,and preliminarily analyzes the energy efficiency level of the belt conveyer in China and the differences from the foreign countries according to the existing information.
