| 摘 要： | 盗窃破坏电力设施案件发生的原因主要是：有暴利而且有“销路”，保护主体不稳定、防盗措施不足，破案率低、相关法律衔接性差。电力设施保护的对策是：加大宣传力度、建立奖励举报制度，依法整治废旧金属收购点，提高防盗的技术水平、建立健全内保机构和队伍，赋予电力设施保护领导小组或下设办公室行政执法职能。

| Abstract: | The main reasons for the cases of stealing and destroying power equipment are as following： huge profits and sales channels, unstable protective subjects, insufficient burglary prevention measures, low detection rate and poor legal combination. The countermeasures of the power equipment protection are as following：increase propa- ganda dynamism, build informant -reward system, control waste metal purchasing spot, increase the technical level of burglary prevention, give administration power to the power equipment protection team. |
