摘    要:针对传统喷涂隔风防灭火材料的缺点,如混凝土作业操作困难,材料运输量大,化学喷涂材料价格昂贵,难以大范围应用,以黏土和水泥为基料,配以添加剂和玻璃纤维,研制出了一种新型复合浆体材料,并利用压汞实验和电镜扫描考察了其隔风堵漏性能。研究结果表明,复合浆体材料结构致密,微裂隙普遍发育,粗大孔洞及裂隙不发育,渗透系数仅为1.181×10-10 mm/s,巷道喷涂后的平均百米漏风量为5.5 m3/min,隔风性能优越。

A new spraying material of composite slurry and its property of air-isolation
Abstract:According to the shortcomings of the traditional spray material, such as concrete’s difficult operation and large amount transport, and chemical material’s high price and hard to extensive application, a new composite slurry material was developed, based on clay and cement and coupled with additives and glass fibers. Also, the property of the material’s air-isolation was studied by mercury injection experiments and scanning electron microscopy. Research showed that the microcrack of composite slurry material with compact structure developed rifely, gross cavern and cranny less developed, whose permeability coefficient was just 1.181 × 10-10 mm/s, and the air leakage per 100 meters was 5.5 m3/ min. So, the composite slurry material with superior air-isolation is significant to prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion with spraying, which has better application prospects.
