水相法氯化橡胶的性能试验

通过选用3种黏度相近的氯化橡胶产品：CR-2水相法氯化橡胶、KL-10国产溶剂法氯化橡胶及GW—10进口溶剂法氯化橡胶，进行对比试验，检测了3种产品的常规性能，分析了红外光谱，并分别进行了配漆试验。结果表明：水相法氯化橡胶的质量指标达到了溶剂型氯化橡胶产品的质量指标，热稳定性优于国产溶剂型氯化橡胶产品，与进口产品性能相当；配制成涂料的各项性能符合船舶漆产品的技术要求，稳定性与溶剂型产品相当。

Property Testing for Water-Phase Chlorinated Rubber

Three samples of chlorinated rubber characterized by similar viscosity are selected(i.e.water-phase chlorinated rubber CR-2,domestic solvent-process chlorinated rubber KL-10 and imported solvent-process product GW-10).The conventional properties of the samples are tested and valuated,in addition to the infrared spectroscope analysis and paint-formulation test.Results indicate that the water-phase chlorinated rubber shows its similar properties as the solvent-process chlorinated rubber does,and shows better heat stability than the domestic product of its kind does.The water-phase chlorinated rubber performs similar as the imported product does.The properties of the formulation incorporated with the title rubber are qualified to demands of marine coatings,and shows equal heat stability as that of solvent-based products.
