| 摘 要： | 广东岭南职业技术学院医药健康学院紧靠高职教育人才培养目标,以能力为主导,将高职教育理论教学与实践教学有机结合起来,近年来通过对药学专业实践课程的设置不断进行调整、改革,主要包括专业综合实训改革、实习教学模式改革和"教、学、做一体化"教学模式改革,提高了学生的就业能力和适应职业变化的能力,取得良好的效果。
