| 摘 要： | 基于FTIR光谱仪建立了中红外半导体激光器发射光谱测量系统，并引入双调制技术改善了系统的性能。用此系统对中红外波段量子级联激光器的激射特性进行了测量，对有关测量结果进行了分析，并对系统应用中的有关问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | A mid infrared band spectroscopy system for emitting spectrum measurements of semiconductor lasers is established based on a FTIR spectrometer. The double modulation technique is used to improve the performance of the measurement system. The lasing characteristics of the quantum cascade lasers in mid infrared band have been measured and the results have been analyzed.Related issues on application of this system have been discussed. |
