催化裂化汽油加氢脱硫(DSO)技术开发及工业试验

摘    要:介绍了中国石油石油化工研究院开发的催化裂化汽油加氢脱硫(DSO)技术的特点及在玉门炼油厂320kt/a加氢装置上工业试验的情况。标定结果表明,处理玉门高烯烃含量FCC汽油(烯烃体积分数57.5%)时,原料平均硫含量从320.3μg/g降到59.3μg/g,脱硫率为81.5%,RON平均损失0.7个单位,配合炼油厂其它汽油调合组分可直接调合硫含量小于50μg/g的满足国Ⅳ标准的清洁汽油。

Abstract:A FCC gasoline hydrodesulfurization technology (DSO) was developed by PetroChina Petrochemical Research Institute and its commercial trial was carried out on a 320 kt/a hydrotreating unit of Yumen Refinery successfully. Performance test results showed that the sulfur content of FCC gasoline (having high olefin volume content of 57.5%) was decreased from 320.3 μg/g to 59.3 μg/g, i.e. a sulfur removal rate of 81.3%, and the average RON loss was only 0.7 units. This treated gasoline could be blended with other gasoline components of said refinery to form a gasoline product meeting the requirements of National Standard Ⅳ for clean gasoline (sulfur content less than 50 μg/g).
