摘    要:铺管船用张紧器属于海上作业设备,要求其在工作过程中尽量减少能耗。对张紧器液压夹紧和电机驱动系统进行节能设计;在液压系统中动力源是液压系统的主要能耗因素,通过分析采用A7V.80.EL型高效、节能、大功率的复合变量泵来匹配液压系统达到节能的目的;在交流伺服电机驱动系统中,根据大功率电机的特点采用变频器对电机进行启停控制,减小启动电流实现节能,同时在电机的运行过程中,通过对功率因数进行模糊控制达到节能目的,并通过试验证明系统节能效果。
