数控压力机工艺编程系统

摘    要:分析了肘杆式数控压力机的非线性运动特性,并以此为基础设计了工艺编程系统.该系统包括机械机构管理、模具管理、加工工艺曲线管理和辅助管理等4个模块,能够进行工艺曲线输入、数控工艺编程和仿真加工.将该系统应用在KS630肘杆式伺服压力机上,效果良好.

Abstract:Nonlinear moving properties of knuckle press were analyzed.The programming system was developed using VC++ language.Mechanism management,mould management,technological operation curves management,and auxiliary modules were included in this system which could do the work of inputting operation curves,making CNC programs,and simulating operation process.This system has been used in CNC knuckle press model KS630.
