连续油管力学性能研究进展

摘    要:连续油管以其不同于常规钻杆、油管的材质和作业工艺与装备,有着不可替代的优势,使其在钻井、采油等应用领域得到了飞速发展,与连续油管作业工艺相关的力学问题的研究也在迅速跟进。连续油管具有管径小、挠性好、成本低、效率高等显著优点和摩擦损失大、刚度低、需反复进行塑性弯曲等缺点,为了能在充分发挥其优势的前提下将损失降到最低,人们在连续油管的失效研究方面进行了不懈的努力。文章概述了近十年来国内外关于连续油管的力学性能、失效机理等方面的研究进展,并提出了需要进一步深入研究的课题。

Abstract:Coiled tubing is different from the routine boring rod. Its operation and equipment are also unique, which means that it cannot be substituted. The mechanical researches that relates to the operating process of coiled tubing are also following quickly. Coiled tubing has many outstanding advantages, such as small pipe diameter, good flexibility, low cost, high efficiency and so on. Meanwhile it also has many disadvantages, such as severe friction loss, poor rigidity, frequent and plastic bending being operated and so on. In order to make full use of its virtues and avoid its shortcomings, mechanical researches of the coiled tubing in failure have been carried out widely. In this paper, studying advances in the mechanical performances and failure mechanism during recent decade have been reviewed, and the issues that should been investigated next have been put forward.
