| 摘 要： | 指出治理城市河道是完善整个城市基础设施的一个重要组成部分，通过运用生态理念，分别对水环境治理与保护和河道治理与保护进行了阐述，以期在今后的施工过程中，更多地运用有利于环境保护、有利于生态平衡、有利于景观建设的方法和材料。

| Abstract: | It pointed out that regulating fiver channel was an important part to complete whole urban irfrastructure. The water environment treating and protection, the river channel treating and protection were illustrated with ecological concept, so as to utilize method and material that more favorable to environmental protection, ecological balance arid landscape construction in future construction process. |
