摘    要:采用模板介入法自制了纳米ZnO、TiO2以及其复合粉体,通过表面活性剂和溶剂的选择研制出对紫外线具有良好屏蔽作用的系列整理液Nano-SUV,比较了单一粉体和复合粉体的紫外屏蔽效果,研究了不同因素对Nano-SUV抗紫外性能的影响.结果表明:粒径大小对抗紫外线效果有明显的影响,19nm的TiO2以及39nm的ZnO对紫外线均具有较好的屏蔽作用,复合粉体比单一粉体效果更佳,双尾型阴离子表面活性剂PECE可以显著提高紫外屏蔽剂的分散和应用稳定性,喷雾法效果优于浸轧法.

Abstract:Nanometer ZnO, TiO2 and their compounded powders were prepd. by model intervening method, and a series of finishing liquors, Nano-SUV having good uv shielding effect, were developed by selecting the surfactants and solvents. The shielding effect of the single-component and compounded powders was compared and the influence of the different factors on the shielding effect of Nano-SUV was studied. The results showed that the particle size markedly influenced the uv shielding effect, the TiO2 of 19 nm and the ZnO of 39 nm resulted good uv shielding effect, the compounded powders were better than the single-component ones, the double tailed ionic surfactant PECE could remarkably improve the dispersion and application stabilities of the shielding agents and the spray method was better than the dip-pad one.
