油田建设中的焊接技术及发展方向

摘    要:扼要分析了我国及油田建设中的焊接技术现状:焊接机械化、自动化和焊接辅助装置水平较低,常规手弧焊比例大,并使用普通焊条,生产效率低,难以完成大型容器的焊接任务。认为应重点引进自动、半自动焊机设备的辅助装置和双丝埋弧焊、预热焊丝埋弧焊等新工艺,扩大CO2焊工艺,加强各类装备的维修力量和新工艺的试验与推广工作。

Abstract:The current status of foe welding technique in oilfield construction in China is summarized,i.e.mechanization and automatization of welding and the auxiliary devices for welding are at a low level,theconventional manual are welding takes a large proportion and ordinary welding wires are used, resulting in low production efficiency and difficulty in welding large-scale containers. It is consideral that auxiliarydevices for automatic and semi-automatic welding machines and new technologies as double-wire submerged arc welding and preheat-wire submerged arc welding should be introduced, the application of CO2welding should be popularized,and the maintenance of welding equipment and test and popularization of new technologies should be strengthened.
