油田建设中的焊接技术及发展方向

扼要分析了我国及油田建设中的焊接技术现状：焊接机械化、自动化和焊接辅助装置水平较低，常规手弧焊比例大，并使用普通焊条，生产效率低，难以完成大型容器的焊接任务。认为应重点引进自动、半自动焊机设备的辅助装置和双丝埋弧焊、预热焊丝埋弧焊等新工艺，扩大ＣＯ２焊工艺，加强各类装备的维修力量和新工艺的试验与推广工作。

Welding technique in oilfield construction and its developing trend

The current status of foe welding technique in oilfield construction in China is summarized,i.e.mechanization and automatization of welding and the auxiliary devices for welding are at a low level,theconventional manual are welding takes a large proportion and ordinary welding wires are used, resulting in low production efficiency and difficulty in welding large-scale containers. It is consideral that auxiliarydevices for automatic and semi-automatic welding machines and new technologies as double-wire submerged arc welding and preheat-wire submerged arc welding should be introduced, the application of CO2welding should be popularized,and the maintenance of welding equipment and test and popularization of new technologies should be strengthened.
